Creativity has been at the center of Ryan’s professional career which spans over a decade. Before focusing his talents on film and video production, Ryan’s work ranged from in-house creative strategy to development and execution of marketing and mixed-media campaigns, copywriting, photography, graphic design, and agency broadcast production.

As the director and creative content lead, he thrives in developing and executing films and video content that’s strikingly unique and stands distinct.

Commercially, Ryan excels at creative ideation and conceptualizing resourceful solutions to modern marketing challenges. His past work has gained the editorial interest of Adweek, Maxim magazine and GearJunkie for companies from Philadelphia, Seattle, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Jamie is our 1st AD, producer and content strategy guru. She’s been in digital marketing and communications for more than twelve years, working in a variety of in-house and consulting roles with businesses and agencies. Her experiences have taken her all over the country and abroad – from Mississippi to Norway, North Carolina, Sweden, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, Seattle, and now Chicago. Jamie is well-versed in all things media.

Charlie (Charlie Bean / Beanie) has been with Leeway Films for over four years. During her tenure, she has flourished as an actress, producer, director and production assistant. Her skills and talents have grown tremendously since starting at Leeway Films; learning to sit, lay down, roll over, spin around, stay, be gentle, and use the bathroom outside all within the span of a few months.

She continues to be a cornerstone of our video production company and a source of thousands of smiles a day.
